"...the chocolate chip cookies at Ripple somehow manage to give you the absolute best of both worlds. The ooey gooey centers are cooked just enough to remove the rawness, while the edges are firm with a hint of crispness. Warm out of the oven, they aren't overly sweet. Not to mention the large chunks of chocolate are wonderfully melty, and there's enough salt in the dough to provide contrast...."
